While email is our most common form of communication, our clients utilize our work in other ways such as interviews with consultants, special projects, pricing surveys, management meetings and conference calls. All of our services are included in our price.
Most of our client communication is via email. As most of our clients know their companies well, our emails are typically brief and usually focus on 3-6 stock inflection points, which analysts and PM’s are focusing on.
We do many follow up calls with clients and will reach out when there is a material change in a story.
Our pricing surveys on the club stores and grocers are very extensive. We believe they are the best available as they are compiled by consultants with extensive experience in those sectors. Mosaic also conducts custom surveys for clients upon request.
Our consultants will conduct special projects which are proprietary to the inquiring client.
