Consultants must certify that he or she is not required to obtain any consents or waivers in order to participate in the Mosaic Fact Finder Program. Alternatively, if a consultant needs consent, he or she must identify and obtain necessary consents and waivers. Mosaic does not permit employees of public companies to consult on our behalf and our participants are prohibited from consulting about entities to whom they owe confidentiality obligations, such as employers or other third parties. Consultants shall not, in connection with the Program, engage in prohibited activities in the Fact Finder Terms and Conditions.
